Conrad is a creative learning practitioner,and is university trained to deliver educational workshops. He is CRB checked regularly, and holds public liabiltiy insurance. He specialises in providing workshops for school children, young people and adults. Workshops are held at schools, colleges, universities youth and health organizations. School workshops are designed to work hand in hand with the school curriculum, and enhance relevant subject learning.

Conrad also has an FAETC 7307 (further adults education teachers certificate.
